Whatchu Know 'Bout Me?

I am a girl of many vices. At the moment, I'm indulging in three of them; Goldfish crackers, the latest Kelly Clarkson song, and the new Ulta catalog. Without these things, my life would indeed suck (please note the clever song title tie in.)

I'm going to dedicate this post to my favorite non-beauty related vice; pop music. I like to call them guilty pleasures, but honestly, the older I get the less guilt I feel about what I decide to listen to. I"m less concerned with street cred than I am with a catchy hook.

First up, Beyonce Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it.)
Oh sweet Jebus save me from this song. I know it's become the new anthem for all those women who have been done wrong and it makes me cringe to think of how many trashy, tragic girls are singing this song in the spirit of empowerment. It's akin to the woman who just got dumped who warbles out "I Will Survive" at the karaoke bar. That nasty association aside, it's a damn great song.

Oh Beyonce, can you please teach me how to move likeyou do? Oh, and can I have your thighs please? Kthnxbye.

I know I'm going to catch flack for this, but I just can't help having a soft spot for Britney Spears. She's total swamp trash and I'm sure if you got close enough she would totally smell like Bubble Yum and that cheap cotton Candy body spray, but I"m equally sure that she's a really nice girl and she'd be a fun friend to have. Womanizer is, by any standards, a poorly written song. "Maybe if we both lived in a different world/it would be all good/and I could be your girl/ but I can't/ cause we don't" Um, was that written by a 13 year old girl? But you know what makes up for that line? "You say I'm crazy/I GOT your crazy" That line alone is enough to make me love this song.

Lil' Mama's Lipgloss is such an adorable song. I think I love it so much because, finally, here's a song by a young girl about something that's totally appropriate for a 14 year old to be singing about. I mean, isn't it sort of ridiculous for a pre-teen to sing about heartbreak and lost love? They really have no idea what love is at that age. But they do know about lipgloss. That's why this song is so poppin'. I may also have love for this song because Lil' Mama reminds me of my CASA kid; all this swagger and underneath, a little bit of angel food cake.

I think that's quite enough or embarrassing myself for one day, don't you?

One Thing More

As sort of a nod to convenience, I've added a widget on the side bar that allows you to buy the products that I've reviewed. It should take you right to Amazon.com where you can read their user reviews (and hopefully they agree that it's a good product) and generally get more info. I'm going to update the widget anytime I add a new review, so it should be nice and current.
Do you know what really suffers when I'm forced to be out of the house before say, noon? My hair. Since I started this new job, I've been doing as little as freakin' possible as my limp icky hair can attest. In fact, if you saw me at this very moment you'd be like "what right does that schlub have to run a site about make-up?" I'm not proud of it, but I'll sacrifice almost anything on the altar of 5 more minutes sleep. For this post, however, I'll try to pretend I'm in the perfect world, or that I was a more motivated individual, and focus on the hair products I would use if I were doing anything more than throwing it into a rank ponytail.

My all time favorite number one hair product has got to be the John Frieda Shine Shock from the Brilliant Brunette Line

First of all, can we just focus on that name for a second? It's like they reached into my brain and picked out the thing that I would be flattered by most. Brilliant? Uh, yes, I am. Thanks for noticing. Flattery aside, this stuff is bad ass. Put about a dime sized amount in palm, rub hands together and then distribute through WET hair(don't use this stuff on dry hair. Is no bueno.) The result is hair that is virtually frizz free, soft, and shiny. Don't be concerned about the fact that in your hand it looks all glittery; I promise you won't look like you've been using a 13 year old's products again. I also really like the scent of it. It's kind of clean and yummy but not too heavy or anything. You can usually find this product for about $5.

I know, I'm only posting ONE product. But it's Friday and I'm tired and it's hard to write about beauty stuff when you're feeling distinctly grezy.

Friday, January 30, 2009

Sorry for the total lack of posting lately, folks. Your girl is (finally) gainfully employed and thus has lest time to post. Now now, don't take it so hard. Be a little soldier and dry your eyes. I'm not leaving you or anything; I'll still see you on the weekends!

I'm at a loss for a clever title.

Maybe I shouldn't be saying this, as this is a blog dedicated to make up and all, but I really don't like wearing foundation. I think it stems from my adolescence when wearing foundation was sort of a losing battle; I could never fully cover my acne ridden skin and the stuff I was wearing clogged my pores to the point that my skin never got a chance to clear up.

Luckily, great strides have been made in the foundation arena and I no longer feel the need to use a putty knife when applying the stuff. I still prefer to go without, or with very little, but we all need help from time to time.

I was headed for a nice dinner with friends after work one day, and I hadn't brought any makeup with me at all. I stopped off at a Long's Drugs in a desperate search for a bit of cover up. I was really pleased with Physicians Formula: Le Velvet Film Makeup and Le Velvet Compact Mirror.

These two items are sold separately, but the makeup is about $5 and the compact is under $4 (and you only need to buy the compact once) so it's still cheaper than so many foundations out there.

This product is aptly named, because it really does feel as soft as velvet on your skin. It covers any and all skin imperfections and never feels cakey. Honestly, you forget that you're even wearing anything at all. Oh, and it lasts ALL DAY. It's my all time favorite foundation, but I've only managed to find it at one effing store. Target and Wal Mart carry the brand, but not this particular product. C'mon guys, don't break my heart like that.

I like the current trend to use a mineral poweder as a foundation. I'm in love with the Bare Minerals product line, but that ish is expensive. I mostly just "borrow" my sister's. Luckily for my wallet (and my sister's make up supply), plenty of companies have released their own, affordable, versions. I'm a fan of the Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Powder Foundation

(As a side note, why does every product have such a long name. I mean 7 words to basically say "mineral face powder?" eesh.)
This powder goes on nice and light and covers a good deal of skin imperfections. It doesn't cover EVERYTHING like the Bare Minerals does, but it's only about $10. Again, doesn't make you feel like you're in stage makeup and leaves your skin to breathe. If you keep an eye out, you can find this product along with a "free gift" like a concealer or a mascara or somesuch.

Scent of a Woman

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with a little extravagance from time to time. In fact, it's my deeply held belief that without spoiling yourself at least a little, you do yourself a disservice. What's the point of earning money if you never do anything fun with it?

This post is going to be about my favorite beauty indulgence: Perfume.

Honestly, I'm a bit of a perfume whore lately. For a long time there, I was loyal to ONE perfume (I adore the idea of a woman having a signature scent, you know? I wanted people to think of ME whenever they smelled it.) But as of late, I've been branching out. Perfume is the one thing that I tend to buy the advertisements for, hook line and sinker. My favorites not only sell a scent, but an image of a slightly mysterious and completely intriguing woman.

My all time favorite perfume has to be Allure by Chanel.

From the product description on the Neiman Marcus website: Clean and sheer, warm and sexy. Difficult to define; impossible to resist. Yes! I want to be that woman! (well, ok, maybe I don't want to be sheer exactly, but you get my point.) I first fell in love with Allure when a man I was seeing wore the Allure Homme (ohmygah, that scent makes me weak in the knees. ya'll) and I went to the Chanel counter to try the femmine version. It was love at first whiff. It's rich and a bit musky and sort of classy sexy. A whore would never wear it, but a mistress certainly would. This is the perfume that mixes oh so well with my Johnson's Baby Oil. It's light enough for day wear but transitions perfectly for a sexy night out.

I first smelled Versace Crystal Noir thanks to a former co-worker. I was chatting with her in her office one day when I got a whiff. I swear to you, I used to stop in her office just to smell her. Of course I couldn't buy it until I no longer worked with her; you don't steal another lady's signature scent. But as soon as I left that place, I got me some of this. Will you just look at the bottle?

Gorgeous, right? For some reason, this bottle makes me think of Elizabeth Taylor. No one but NO ONE has ever been more beautiful than Ms. Taylor, and I've yet to see a perfume bottle that is prettier than this. Not only does it look good, but it smells amazing. It's sexy, dark, rich and grown up. Spray this on before a date and you'll feel like a dark and mysterious siren and irresistible to men.

Another current favorite is Tom Ford Black Orchid Voile de Fleur.

This is also in a really pretty bottle; sort of sleek and reminiscent of Art Deco, but much more understated than the Versace. The scent, however, is anything BUT understated. Now, if you're going to purchase this scent, be careful that you don't buy the original Black Orchid as the bottles are deceptively similar. This is the lighter version of the Black Orchid, but there's nothing "light" about this fragrance. It has more white floral than the original, but it's still dark, earthy, and utterly breathtaking. This is the scent you wear on the second or third date, when the time for being sweet and ladylike is past, and you're ready to get down to bi'nezz. I would not recommend wearing this for brunch with Gram.

Beauty Tip
Don't ever, EVER buy a perfume before you have worn it for at least a day. Scents wear differently on different people, and a scent rarely ends up smelling worn as it does straight out of the bottle. I also don't tend to trust those samples you can get in the magazines; they never give you the full picture.

Did you know that you can go to Nordstrom and request a sample of ANY perfume? They'll spray the perfume into a little vial and give it you for FREE. How bad ass is that? Each vial gives you enough to wear for at least a week. Sometimes, the perfume counter will have pre-made samples that have a spritzer thingy on it, and those tend to be a little larger. I always get a sample of a perfume before I buy it. After all, perfume is expensive and there's no point in forkin' out the dough if it ends up smellin' rank on you.

Beauty Tip 2
Amazon.com is a great place to find deals on perfume. There tends to be a pre-set price for perfume and there's little to no price difference from store to store. Amazon, however, offers good bargains from time to time.

It Puts the Lotion on Its SKIN!

For some reason, that line always makes me laugh. True, it's from one of the most disturbing scenes in a movie EVER, but it's also kind of funny. I mean, "It puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again." It's like Dr. Suess for serial killers or something.

Before I freak you out further, let's get to the lotion!

For the record,I HATE putting on lotion. It just seems so time consuming and labor intensive or something. But I have really dry legs that itch like a sumbitch if I don't slather them occasionally, so I guess I should just stop whining, right?

The type of lotion/oil you use should vary with the seasons. A thick heavy lotion in the summer feels really oppressive and smothering, but it's just the thing for the cold and dry winter months. Since it's, um, winter and all, let's start with my favorite cold weather product:
Johnson's Baby Lotion

I absolutely love the clean, sweet smell of this lotion. Of course it brings up all the good stuff we love about babies, but leaves out all the vomit and dirty diaper unpleasantness. It's also nice and creamy and the softness lasts all day. The scent is light enough not to interfere with any perfume you wear. Johnson's has recently come out with new scents, and I also quite like the
Johnson's Bedtime Lotion

It's "enriched" (their word, not mine) with lavender and chamomile, so it really is great to put on just before bed. It's so soft and soothing. Both go for just about $5 and last forever.

Just as I'm writing this post did I realize that I'm pretty brand specific with my body lotion/oil. Apparently, I'm strictly a Johnson's girl.

In summer, I adore the Johnson's Baby Oil

Again, it has a very faint, clean scent. Slather this stuff on as soon as you get out of the shower and the softness will last all day. I really like this oil because it mixes really well with my favorite perfume and even makes the scent of the perfume last longer than usual. At just under $6, it's kind of an awesome deal.

Oh, as I was searching the Johnson's website (http://www.johnsonsbaby.com/product.do?id=35) I noticed that they offer dollar off coupons at their site. Sweet!

In Which I Geek Out Over A Cheap Dress

I have to share something with ya'll.

So SammyJo and I went to Target a few nights ago. While flipping through the sales rack, I found a dress that I'd wanted since I first saw it. It was originally $30 bucks and I'd been biding my time til it went on sale. And oh boy was it ever on sale! It was marked down to $6. I was so happy that I bought TWO (one in black and one in plaid.) Wait though, it gets better. When I got to the register, I found out that there was an additional 30% off clearance. When the dress rang up for $4, I was so excited I actually hi-fived SammyJo. I know, I'm a dork right? But FOUR DOLLARS!

Cute, right? It's been like two days and I'm still stoked about it. I need a life.

Lip Service

Does anyone else wonder how much Angelina Jolie spends a year on lipsticks, gloss, and lip moisturizers? It's very possible that I'm the only one who spends even one second on this train of thought. But seriously, look at that:

Her lips are gigantic, and you never see them looking chapped or dry or really, anything less than totally sexy and fabulous (is it obvious yet that I have a total girl-crush on Angelina?) Maybe she has a personal assistant whose sole job is lip maintenance. As an A list celebrity, she may have that luxury. The rest of us poor schlubs have to work a little harder to keep ourselves lookin' fly.

My all time number one favorite product is
Burt's Bees Beeswax Lipbalm

I first started using this product like, ten years ago when I worked at Tower Books. Back then, Tower was the only place around that sold the stuff. Now, of course, every beauty mag touts the genius of this balm. Pssht. I'm so ahead of you, Glamour. Since the first time I used this stuff, I've never been without it. Nothing else I've ever tried has made my lips so soft and healthy. It's got a great, minty scent and it's filled with tingly goodness. Burt's Bees now has a wide variety of scents and flavors, but it's the original that I love the most. It'll be the best $3 you've ever spent.

As for adding some color to my lips, I prefer a nice gloss in the spring/summer and a lipstick in the winter/fall.
I happen to love the Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss

The above are my two favorite colors; Nude Lustre and Pearl Plum. Nude Lustre has a really pretty pink undertone and is perfect for the summer months. I particularly like to wear this gloss when I go heavy on the eyemakeup. Nothin' hotter than a smoky eye and a nice, glossy nude lip. The Pearl Plum has a bit of glitter in it, but nothing overwhelming. It's a good basic every day shade. This lipgloss is poppin' and it goes for about $6.50.

In the winter and fall, a lipstick just feels more appropriate than a gloss. I prefer dark reds, and the Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in Bordeaux is one of my favorites.

The color is so dark and rich and wearing it makes me feel very old Hollywood glamorous. It goes on nice and smooth and doesn't ever feel to globby or gross. You can usually find this brand for just under $4.

Beauty Tip

It's really easy to use the shades already in your makeup bag to create varying shades and effects. For instance, if you want a darker, matte shade, prime your lips first with a dab of your foundation. Then use a nude lip liner to create the desired shape. After that, apply the lipstick, pressing a little harder than usual. Blot, then dab on a bit more lipstick again. Voila! Not only will you get the matte look, but the lipstick will stay on longer than normal.

Maybe you want a dewy, fresh look. Start by slathering on your Burt's Bees Lipbalm. Then apply the lipstick using the tip of your finger. Dab dab dab the color on, and then follow that with a nice, sheer gloss.

You'll be amazed at how many different looks you can achieve using just a few colors. Don't be afraid to play around and experiement!

Beauty Tip Two
Lips lookin' kinda dry or flaky lately? Don't worry about it. Before bed, use your toothbrush to scrub the dead skin from your lips. Then use a washcloth to remove any excess grossness. Immediately apply your favorite lipbalm (ahem, like Burt's Bees. I can't push this stuff enough.) Your lips will not only be soft and flake free, but the vigorous brushing will also make your lips red and full, so this is also a good trick to perform before going on a date.

Body Warsh

I'd like to just point out that the "warsh" in the title is a shout out to my Grandma, who, despite her 40 plus years in California, holds on to some weird southern pronunciations. Warsh? Really? Clearly, there is no "r" in wash. She also says "ruint" instead of "ruined." It's both baffling and totally endearing.

On with the show!

Body wash is one of those products that can end up costing way more than it's seemingly worth. It's also one of those things that most women have multiples of in their shower. Is it the scent? Is it the promises printed on the bottle of younger, softer skin? Is it just that we get bored with one bottle long before it's finished? Hold up, when did this blog turn into the opening sequence of Sex and the City? I'd better stop asking questions before I start equating body washes to men and relationships.

I don't tend to like body washes with too heavy a fragrance. If the body wash has a strong smell that lingers, it mixes with your perfume and you end up smellin' kinda funky. So your only option is to go with one of those body wash/lotion/spray sets like they sell at Victoria's Secret. Then, of course, you end up smelling like a teenage hooker. I had a roommate that was obsessed with the "LoveSpell" line. Now every time I smell it, I sort of want to barf.
That's why I love this stuff:
St. Ives Mineral Therapy

It's super rich and leaves your skin really clean and soft. At just about $5 for an 18oz bottle, it's a terrific bargain.

I gave up bar soap several years ago because it dried out my skin and made it feel sorta scaly and gross. But on a recent trip to Target, I bought a trial size of Dove Beauty Bar

Yeah, I pretty much love it. The scent is so clean and fresh and no body wash that I've tried so far makes my skin as soft. The softness lasts all day. Did I mention that the trial size was $1?? Awesome.

Now, every so often, I do crave a bit of scent. One of my all time favorite smells EVER is the Satsuma line at Body Shop. Seriously, I'm obsessed with the smell of this stuff to the point that I have to rush in to the store whenever I pass by and take a good, long whiff of it. I'd love to own it, but it's just too pricey. When I found the Every Man Jack Citrus Scrub I was pretty well stoked.

This stuff smells EXACTLY like the Satsuma line. For reals. It's also got some little rough bits in it to help slough off dry skin (particularly good for knees and elbows.) Though this is a product marketed towards men, I think the scent is far more appropriate for a chick. It's priced at just about $5 and it makes my mornings just a leeetle more bearable.

Whew. This post was a bit long and rambly wasn't it? I'm going to blame it on the fact that there's a new issue of Domino Magazine sitting right in front of me, begging to be tabbed all over the place.

You Can't Shampoo a Sampoo-er

So like I mentioned in my last post, I have a crazy amount of shampoo in my shower. I don't know how it happened, but I do know that I need every single one of them. I mean, they serve different purposes!

Sometimes, I get lazy and the last thing I want to do is wash my hair. Washing it means blow drying it and styling it and at times it just seems like too much effort. I know most fashion mags advocate washing your hair only every other day or so, but when I skip even one day, my hair ends up greasy and limp. Not cute. The next morning, my hair feels so dirty and itchy and I can't wait to get it fresh and clean again. That's when I use this:
Herbal Essence Drama Clean

It has this really nice fresh scent and manages to get all the ickiness out of your hair without leaving feeling dry or stripped, like some other "clean" shampoos I've tried. The conditioner is really lightweight, which makes it a really nice daily conditioner.

When my hair is feeling too dry or frizzy though, I reach for this stuff.
Herbal Essence Hello Hydration

I really love the smell of this shampoo (sort of coconut-y) and it leaves my hair very soft and manageable. I've tried just about every item in this line (with the exception of the Totally Twisted) and have yet to find one I didn't like. Wal-Mart typically carries this line for about $3. Oh, and you can even get most of them as a 2-1 Shampoo/conditioner combo. Though normally leery of 2-1's, the Herbal Essence stuff works great.

If I'm feelin' fancy (or if I happen to have a gift card) I've been known to mosey on down to Bath and Body works and buy the
Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Moisturizing Shampoo

I am so in love with the scent of the Mango Mandarin that it's really sort of bordering on obsession. Not only does it smell like heaven, but it works well too, making my hairnice ad soft. At $7.50, it seems a tad too expensive, but Bath & Body Works usually has some sort of buy one get one sale going on (ahem, like right now, for instance), so it's no more pricey than buying a shampoo and conditioner of a cheaper brand.

BEAUTY TIP
While I do have to wash my hair every day, I only condition it about twice a week. I find that giving it a nice, deep condition every other week or so really helps keep hair healthy and keeps some of that frizz at bay. But really, the reason those "deep conditioning treatments" seem to work so well is that the bottle instructs us to leave them on for at least two minutes. I leave any conditioner on for at least that long. Slap it on while you're shaving or washing your private bits and only rinse just before getting out of the shower. The extra time you leave a regular conditioner on ensures that it really has time to absorb into the hair, giving you the results you desire.

The Eyes Have it (a.k.a: The corniest title EVER)

My younger sister is something of an eyeshadow fiend (though I'm sure if you asked her, she'd prefer the term "connoisseur" or "collector.") She must seriously own something like 40 different eyeshadows and, get this, they're mostly in varying shades of brown, grays, and purples. Personally, I can't tell the subtle difference between her "naked lunch" and the "sungloss" colors, but everyone has their thing, right? I mean, I have like 8 brands of shampoo in my shower, so who am I to judge?

Ok, really long aside, um, aside, bring on the products!

Typically, I buy the little four pack things of eyeshadow. They're only slightly more expensive than the single colors (depending on the brand), and hey! There's four of them. You know I love value. I really like the
Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Quads

Each color is helpfully labeled with which part of the eye its intended for (lid, crease, brow bone and outer corner), which makes it easy to achieve a nice look. What I really like about the quads is that it will usually come with a color I might not have selected alone and it gives me a chance to experiment. You can purchase just about any color combo under the sun (or is that "sungloss?") and you can usually find it for just under $6

Weirdly enough, this next product is something that my sister owns and I currently covet.
Jane's Be Pure Mineral Gel Eyeliner

Personally, I think it's a poorly named product. The word "gel" conjurers up all sorts of sticky, gooey images of stuff I don't really want near my eye. This eyeliner is really a much more powdery substance that manages to glide on with ease. I've always had issues getting a nice, thin line, but thanks to this genius little brush, I can get right in on the lash line. The brush is angled, which makes drawing the perfect cat eye totally easy. Sis found this little gem at Wal-Mart for under $5. No, your eyes aren't deceiving you; I really did type UNDER FIVE DOLLARS!

I planned on getting some of this stuff the last time I went to Target (Christmas gift cards in hand) and was sorely disappointed to find that Target doesn't carry this brand. Boo on you Target! I settled instead for a similar product;
L'Oreal Hip Color Truth Cream Eyeliner

First off, this stuff was nearly $12. If I hadn't been drunk on gift cards, I NEVER would have spent so much on one product. This is really a classic example of just because something costs more, doesn't mean it's a superior product. The liner is a bit too creamy, making it a bit harder to apply. Also, the brush is really small and super stiff, so putting it on kinda hurts. I'm not saying this is a terrible product (It doesn't smudge AT ALL) but it isn't nearly as good as the Jane counterpart.

I've tried about a million different mascaras (hasn't every girl? The perfect mascara is like the effing Holy Grail of cosmetics) but I usually find my way back to CoverGirl. First off, they're really pretty cheap and they're well made. My current favorite is the
CoverGirl LashBlast

This stuff is kind of amazing. First, there's the plastic brush that really does eliminate clumpage. It goes on nice and smooth and doesn't flake or smudge. I don't like the waterproof formula as much, yet I somehow always manage to buy it accidentally and fail to notice my mistake until I've ripped open the package. Seriously, I've done this three times now. Even though I like the regular formula better, even the waterproof is the best mascara I've ever owned. At just about $7, it's one of my favorite beauty bargains.

That's a total of three products, again for just $18. Both the eyeshadow and the Jane eyeliner will last at least six months, and the LashBlast at least three, so it's a pretty good deal all round.

Thursday, January 8, 2009

Every woman knows that the key to looking gorgeous is to start with great skin. Now, some people are lucky enough to be blessed with beautiful, clear skin (I have one friend in particular whose skin I covet) but for the rest of us, it takes a bit of work. Luckily, there are plenty of cheap products out there that can help us achieve great skin.

Right now, I have no less than three things of face wash in my shower. I know, it's kind of ridiculous. But after my favorite product was discontinued (thanks a lot, Bijore. I blame any skin imperfection on YOU) I sort of went on a spree trying to find the PERFECT face wash. And anyway, it's nice to have a wash AND a scrub, for days when your face is feeling extra scaly or something. So at the moment, I'm feelin' these products:
Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Foaming Scrub

This stuff has a really refreshing pink grapefruit scent which manages to wake you up slightly as it scrubs all the gunk outcha face. It's also cheap at just about $6. I don't recommend this stuff (or any scrub) for daily use as it can dry out your skin. That's why I also have this:
Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Power Face Wash

This is the product I use most frequently. It has a delightful little tingle that assures me that it's working, and leaves my skin nice and soft. I'm not going to say that it cures or prevents every breakout; I don't think any product can really do that all the time. But it does make my face nice for every day, and really does seem to cut back on the amount of random zitty grossness that, even though I'm crowding 30, STILL manages to plague me. This stuff retails for just under $7.

Until recently, I thought that every girl used some sort of moisturizer. When my dear friend Jessica told me that she never moisturized, I thought I'd die of shock. When I picked myself up off the floor, I went right to Target and bought her a trial size of my favorite brand;
Dove Deep Moisture Day Lotion.

This stuff is fairly amazing. It's really thick and creamy, has a nice clean smell, and keeps your face nice and soft even during the dry ass winter. Did I mention that it goes for just under $6? Also, a bottle of this stuff usually lasts me at least three months. Score!

So there ya go. For just about $18, three skincare products that will give you that great skin witout the need for taking out a personal loan.
